We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can cancel your order on  Sampoornaa.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

💳 Refund on Cancellation

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🛍️ How to Cancel an Order

  1. Go to My Account > Orders
  2. Click on the relevant order
  3. Choose “Cancel Order” (if the option is still available)
  4. Or email us directly at [support@sampoornaa.com]

⚠️ Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock
  • Payment issues
  • Address not serviceable
  • Order flagged as suspicious

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded promptly.
